It's been awhile.

In a blink of an eye, it's DECEMBER again! So many dinners planned this year and I'm so excited for them! Most of my outfits decided and also a little handmade gift for everyone!

December is also a month where this crazy shopaholic within me just suddenly burst out. Been crazy shopping online, and my school being located in town is not helping at all! So this is my wishlist for December. Friends, you know what to do! HAHAHA

Clockwise: Soiree Platform by Jeffery Campbell, Cutout Blazer by Nastygal, Hot Body like Miranda Kerr, Coach Legacy Collection, Wallet by Prada

HAHAHA. Hot Bod like Miranda Kerr, I bet it's on every girl's wishlist!

Sorry for the lack of updates! I've been so busy with school and all the assignment submissions! With all the events coming up, I hope I'll be able to update this space with more interesting details! Ciaos now! Need to rush to school!

Travelogue: Phuket

Hey there! I know I've been kind of busy and overlooked this space for 2 months! I promised to try and be more diligent about this. Anyhow, I've finally finished compiling my photos for the Phuket trip! So this post is definitely picture heavy!

WARNING: Lots of food pictures as well as my own face cause it was raining everyday! We forgot to check and it happened to be monsoon season when we were there! Still enjoyed it with all the massive eating and shopping.

One in Singapore and the other on the cab to the hotel in Phuket.

What we had for lunch that day! Didn't do much cause we wanted to rest after the flight and plan for the rest of the days. (At this point, it was still very sunny and we didn't know it was going to rain yet!) So lunch was at Turtle Village, a tiny market/shopping place for tourists staying in nearby hotels, in a cafe called The Coffee Club. Nope, it is not the same coffee club that we have in Singapore. Just happened to have the same name. And we frequent this cafe many times over our stay cause the food is way good! Especially love the lemon fried calamari!

A walk around the Hotel and to the back of the hotel where we can see the sea! The place is really gorgeous, made us feel really relaxed. Service was excellent! Everyone in the hotel address us by our names everywhere we go and every time we went to the counter to ask for help! Really friendly service staff, ever ready to help! They used a buggy to drive us to our room, introduced themselves and the hotel to us. Brought us into the room, gave us plenty of maps and itinerary. About 15mins after they leave, they called to check on us to see if we settled down comfortably. I was completely sold.

Dinner was at a small stall just outside the hotel. Love the seafood but hate the amount of mosquitoes around! Especially so, since I tend to really attract them! :( Found this cute little thing hiding under a table when we were about to leave!

Dinner for the second day. We decided to stay in and order room service since it was raining outside and we are exhausted from our Phiphi Island trip. No pictures cause I didn't dare to bring my camera out to sea. Anyway, there wasn't much to take cause it was raining throughout. The ocean pizza was quite alright, but love goes to the pumpkin cheese ravioli with spinach in olive oil. It's good for two to share cause it can get quite 'gerlat' for one. Brownie with raspberry sauce was of course very satisfying to complete the meal with. This evening's dinner was accompanied by Australian Junior Masterchef! Can't ask for more. Later part, we went to have supper by the beach!

Third day was spent shopping at Central festival and having dinner at The Coffee Club again! Actually, we didn't really shop much cause we spent all our energy to hunt down this hair mask for me! Finally found it after going into 4 Boots shop! I hope the Guardian Pharmacy in Singapore will bring in Boots soon, so I don't have to go hunt for it every year and bring back 4 bottles at a go! It's super heavy!

Fourth day. Walking around Patong and regretted having this lobster (kinda). It was nice, but we were actually hoping to find something more local. The cheese seemed to have taken away the original taste of lobster meat. Like all you can taste is cheese! We did went for massage at this gorgeous looking place but I forgot to take a picture of the entrance!

Our loots from the entire trip and then it's time to go home! Quite disappointed that I didn't get to go Krabi, ATV or even ride on an elephant! I will definitely go back there again before I finally go Maldives! Till the next trip!

P.S. I will try to do one post per week. A tiny promise to myself!

Mobile Uploads

I've been kinda lazy to get down to arranging photos yet I do not want to leave this place hanging, so here I am uploading some pics from the phone.

Here's what been happening this month, my birthday! :)

Pre-birthday dinner at Relish with the buddies at the Serangoon Gardens branch. Love the atmosphere and the food (except for the burgers). Love the staffs as well!

Hungry Chimps-ed for brunch last Saturday! It's located at Princep St, amongst the other bars. Food was good. I mean, just look at how fresh these cherry tomatoes are! Will definitely go back for more! And also to try Strictly Pancakes, just a few units away! Can't wait! :)

Flam's-ed also last week. This is the goat cheese pizza. Portions are quite huge, so the boy and I just shared this and a french onion soup. Love the soup, the small, the taste, and the springy cheese in the soup. A pity no pic. :(

Flowers from the sweetheart, new arm candy from the dad, dinner at Ikoi.

Gucci Shades from my beloved sister! Love it ttm! :)

Drawn by the sweetheart for me! The corgi is so absolutely cute and happy! Really made my day! The reason why I love him so much: he thinks of ways to make me happy everyday! Can't wait for our anniversary next month!

Hosted On The Patio

Hello! Sorry for the hiatus once again! I've been feeling kind of lazy to blog since the start of my work and have been procrastinating. But! I assure you there'll be plenty of updates this month. July, MY BIRTHDAY MONTH! If you've noticed, the above picture of me showed that I recently went to change my hair color! It's brighter now, but not as blonde as the picture cause I re-did it. Also, as seen from the title, the last week of June, love and I managed to get some brunch at Hosted On The Patio.

Top to bottom: Chocolate drink, Seafood Crepe, Eggs Benny, Molten chocolate. There should be one more picture of Hosted"s Breakfast but we must have been too hungry to take that. Else, it must be inside love's phone.  My favourite of the lot has got to be the Seafood crepe. As much as I LOVE eggs, this is not one of my favourite egg benny. A little tasteless I would say. Even though Capella's egg benny is also on the blend side, it's still better than this. Whereas the sauce in the seafood crepe is really delectable and not overpowering. The dessert is also not too bad imho. Love it with the raspberry sauce!

A few more pictures taken outside the place. We also sat on the swing to chill for quite a bit before leaving. We were the last so we really made it a point to take our own time. Besides, weather that day was fantastic! Not too sunny and yet windy at the same time. How could we resist such a chance to relax just for a day!

Outfit of the day:
Cropped Tee from Forever 21, Skirt from H&M

Didn't do much dressing up that day because all I really wanted was to dress down and just chill! So that's it for now! Will be back with more post about my recent Phuket trip!

Psst! I'm so excited now because I received news of a really gorgeous present coming my way from my Dad. So watch out for this space! Absolutely cannot wait to share it with you guys!
