Met Gala 2012

It's almost impossible for me not to blog about Met Gala. I was so excited about it and my twitter was spammed with pictures of it! A pity I wasn't in NYC on my way to some celebrity stalking but rather on my way for a paper today. Nevertheless, thou shall browse through all updates when I get home. That's what I told myself this morning. So here I am now, gonna put up a few of my favorite from the lot.

1. Mary-Kate Olsen

I thought that this outfit made her aged a lot and she looked just like a black widow. This outfit made her look very box-y as well.

2. Beyonce

 

 Lace that is so see through it looked like a nightgown. And what with the purple feather duster dragging behind? Instead of making Beyonce's waist smaller, I think it made her overall much bigger.

Unflattering. Feather duster/carpet/peacock. Period.

New Found Love

I'm sorry for the long hiatus. Have been really really busy with the exams and am still in the midst of it. Thought I'll update this space a little for now and again after my Tuesday paper. :)

I want to share with all of you my new found love!

Tory Burch! This brand had actually caught my attention since last month. If you don't already know, besides heels, I've a really soft spot for t-strap sandals. My last pair from Aldo gave way way too quickly. My current pair which has apparently lasts the longest is a pair from KL. Bought it from some random shop while shopping away. So I was contemplating if I should get the sandals the next month, I went to Tory's website to have a look. Now, I got more than a pair of sandals on my wishlist. So here we go,

 

        

        

The sandals, the clutch and the three cuffs. So gorgeous! Simply cannot resist! But I shall conquer 1 item at a time!

I'm also thinking about using Clarasonic. It'll be really useful if I can hear more about the product before deciding! I'm signing off now! 1 episode of game of thrones and I'm off to bed!
